Show Notes

In this episode I have a conversation with Frederic Terral. Federic. Frederic began his career with The Walt Disney Company, working on film, video & digital media projects. He is seasoned creative director who has led numerous branding initiatives for Fortune 500 companies, non-profits, startups and government agencies. He launched pockitudes.com in 2016 to share the practice he developed to support his mental well-being. Today he continues to develop new products and speak about his journey to positive mental wellness to groups throughout the country.

We have a conversation about the power of gratitude and how that focus and practice can change states of depression, anxiety, shame, etc, to a more uplifting and positive way of living and behaving. Frederic shares his journey of turning his life in a different direction. The consistent practice can take many forms including the daily ritual of writing in a gratitude journal. We also discuss how appreciation and gratitude are complimentary feelings and the benefits can transform states of being.

“The key, for me, is to let this tiny act become a habit, a habit to be grateful and choose happiness.”
