Show Notes
In this solocast I talk about the importance of your thoughts and how they create the reality of your relationships. The way we think about our relationship and our partner matters. When we start to have judgmental and critical thoughts of our partners we tend to “see” more of this behavior which solidify these beliefs. We need to look at our partners from a different “lens”, one of more positive and appreciative beliefs and thoughts. It is a choice and a habit. How we think about our relationship and our partners is a direct correlation of the reality of what the relationship will be.
