Megan Hearne is the owner of Vitality Coaching and provides neurofeedback and integrative nutrition health coaching in Asheville, NC. Her training was through the Institute for Applied Neuroscience, EEG Education and Research, New Mind Academy, and the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Megan has been a neurofeedback practitioner for over 6 years. She is currently accepting new clients who are ready to ignite their vitality.
In this episode, Megan and I discuss the importance of focusing and knowing how to self-regulate and the crucial role it plays in enabling individuals to manage their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors effectively, leading to better decision-making, improved relationships, and personal growth. It helps maintain focus, resist impulses, and adapt to challenges, fostering resilience and productivity in both personal and professional settings. Megan also presents how neurofeedback and nutrition can be vital tools in increasing our capacity to self-regulate.
