Show Notes
Emma Olyff is passionate about artistry, personal development, and spiritual practices. Eight years ago, she founded Emwa Jewelry, a high-end brand where she creates collections, custom designs, and leads workshops. Alongside her work as a jewelry artist, she has also become a business coach. In both fields, she weaves together embodiment, practical tools, and spiritual wisdom—offering a grounded, holistic approach to creation and growth. I am so so grateful to have her in my life as my Daughter-in-love.
In this episode, Corey and I have a conversation about emotional intelligence. Emotional intelligence (EI) in relationships refers to the ability to recognize, understand, and manage one's own emotions while also being attuned to and empathetic toward a partner's feelings. It’s a critical factor in building and maintaining healthy, fulfilling relationships. Some of the key factors of emotional intelligence that we discuss are self-awareness, self-regulation, empathy, social skills, motivation, trust, and safety, to name a few.
