Show Notes
Beth Bluth has been living a life of spiritual seeking and holistic wellness in the sacred Appalachian mountains for over 20 years. Through curiosity & the exploration of various modalities including meditation, mindfulness and daily spiritual practices Beth has learned to support herself, family members and the community through her intuitive reflection and guidance. Her passion is working with plant medicine in the forms of essential oils, flower essences and nourishing herbal remedies. Beth has deep appreciation for all the teachers she’s learned from on her path.
In this episode, Beth and I talk about patterns of people pleasing that stop us from being more authentic in our interactions and our relationships, and ways to change those patterns.
