In this solocast I talk about micromanaging. Micromanaging in a relationship is when one partner excessively controls or monitors the other partner's actions, often to the point of interfering with their independence and decision-making ability It is a form of control and manipulation when it is a constant in your relationship. Micromanaging often stems from a lack of trust or insecurity. It can also stem from OCD (obsessive-compulsive disorder) tendencies.
