Show Notes
In this solocast I talk about some red flags to be aware of in your relationships. Not every red flag a sign that the relationship won?t work, but understanding your non-negotiable one will help you to understand whether to stick around or not. So it is important to understand the difference workable differences and non- negotiables. Recognizing our own relationship patterns is key. Do you find yourself repeating the same old patterns or attracting the same kinds of people? Does this person communicate effectively and display emotional awareness and intelligence...and for that mtter do you?
