Show Notes

Al Bailey is the owner of Breathe About Life, a healing center where people find inner healing through massage, breathwork, life coaching, and walking meditation. As a licensed massage and body therapist and healing practitioner, Al has been helping people for nearly three decades. Some of the healing techniques he learned in Beijing, China he also incorporates in his practices in North Carolina.

Al joins me today to share how the breath you take can improve your relationships. We discuss the importance of breathing and how taking deep breaths allows you to be more present, authentic, and grounded in your relationships. We discuss techniques you can use to decrease stress and anxiety. We also discuss how deep breathing exercises can help you overcome physical and emotional pain as well as help you see situations clearly and be less reactive in your response.

“Allowing the breath to flow when we’re experiencing something allows us to move through and just see the clarity.” - Al Bailey
