Show Notes
Corey Costanzo is the Co-Owner of Asheville’s Still Point Wellness Spa, a licensed addiction counselor, trauma specialist, licensed massage therapist, master didgeridoo player, colleague, and my good friend.
In this episode, Corey and I have a conversation about healthy communication tools. Most of us didn’t learn healthy ways of communicating and resolving conflict in our families. Some families never talk about problems, while others might be explosive. We bring these styles into our relationships thinking they are normal and then feel sad and angry when they engender a negative response. Coret and I share what tools use in our personal relationships as well as those that we help guide our clients.
